Clarifying Direct Category 3 Licensing

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 4, in line 254, by inserting after the word “commission.” the following words:-

Nothing in this chapter shall require a category 3 licensee to partner with or have any commercial relationship with a category 1 or 2 licensee.
