Rapid Antigen Testing Trust Fund

Ms. Gouveia of Acton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: “SECTION XX. There shall be established on the books of the commonwealth the Rapid Antigen Testing Trust Fund, which shall be administered by the commissioner of the department of public health. Funds from the trust fund may be expended for rolling out a rapid antigen testing program. Amounts credited to the trust fund shall not be subject to further appropriation.”
