Amendment #1010 to H4000

Robinson Elementary School Playground

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves that House Bill 4000 be amended in Section 2, line-item 7010-0005 by inserting after the word “initiatives”, the following:  “, provided that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the renovation of the playground at the Robinson Elementary School in the town of Westford”, and by further amending the line item by striking the figure “11,796,261” and inserting in place thereof the following new figure “11,946,261”.
