Amendment #1012 to H4000

Harwood Avenue Sidewalks

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves that House Bill 4000 be amended in Section 2, line-item 7008-1116 by inserting after the word “projects”, the following: “, provided that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the installation of a sidewalk on Harwood Avenue in the town of Littleton”, and by further amending the line-item by striking the figure “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following new figure “300,000”.
