Amendment #1020 to H4000

John J. Binienda Memorial Beach at Coes Pond Open Swim Program

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7061-9611, by inserting at the end of the section after the word "districts" the following:

provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended by the Worcester YWCA for youth swimming lessons as part of summer programming for children who identify as low income, as well as necessary infrastructure to comply with Christian's Law; and in said item by striking out the figures "10,577,017" and inserting in place thereof the figures "10,592,017."
