Amendment #1021 to H4000

Boxborough Sidewalk Design and Construction

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after the word “projects” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Boxborough to design and construct a sidewalk to connect the Blanchard Elementary School to the Sargent Memorial Library” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,000”.
