Amendment #1034 to H4000

Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting after the word "month" the following:- provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the removal of hazardous materials, exposed water and electrical lines, and additional renovations for the Old State Hospital Laundry Building in the Town of Foxborough
