Ms. Kilcoyne of Northborough moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 0840-0100 by striking the words “training programs for victim witness advocates in district attorneys’ offices” and inserting in place thereof “operation and administration of trainings and educational programming that advances the goals of the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance”
