Mrs. Harrington of Groton Ms. Harrington of Groton, Mr. Linsky of Natick and Mr. Arciero of Westford move to amend the bill in section 2 by adding the following item:-

“XXXX-XXXX For the creation of a trust to be made available for the residents of the towns of Dunstable, Groton, Pepperell, Millis, Westford and Natick to cover extreme municipal costs associated with excess land and property damage……………….$300,000.
