Mildred C. Hailey Community Youth Leadership Institute youth resident workforce development services

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507,  by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Mildred C. Hailey Community Youth Leadership Institute for job application assistance and other workforce development with residents ages 24 and younger”.
