Amendment #1062 to H4000
Ensuring stable housing transition for formerly incarcerated women in Boston neighborhoods
Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0339-1011, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to Justice for Housing in Boston for mentoring and housing advocacy services preparing women returning from incarceration to submit successful housing applications and helping to place them in stable housing”.
