Workforce development for Tobin Community Center youth and young adults

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for the Tobin Community Center for recruiting, training, and workforce development for young adult residents of public and subsidized housing who apply for youth jobs programs”.
