Amendment #1077 to H4000

New Bedford Regional Airport

Representatives Straus of Mattapoisett, Cabral of New Bedford and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, in line 2, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $140,000 shall be expended to the City of New Bedford Airport Commission for final design, permitting and bid-ready documents for construction of the new airport terminal facility”.
