Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4510-0110, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts to support 413Cares regional response to COVID-19”
