Amendment #1082 to H4000

EEC Transportation Rates

Mr. Cassidy of Brockton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not later than December 31, 2021 the department of early education and care shall conduct an analysis of transportation reimbursement rates. The report shall be made available electronically on the department of early education and care’s website, and shall be filed with the house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on education.”
