Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 4512-0200, by inserting the following:

provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for RIZE Massachusetts

Foundation, Inc. to assist in their work to end the opioid epidemic in the commonwealth
