Amendment #109 to H4000

Growing Places

Ms. Higgins of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1004, by inserting after “and knowledge of, the program;” by adding the following: " provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Growing Places in the City of Leominster for the purpose of expanding equitable access to healthy food and environmental sustainability through education, collaboration and advocacy;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$13,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$13,050,000”.
