Representatives Ultrino of Malden, Donato of Medford, Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose, Garballey of Arlington, Sabadosa of Northampton and Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0102, in line 14, by

striking out the following: "provided further, that the full amount appropriated in this item shall be allocated to contracted service providers of homeless individuals in fiscal year 2020"
