Amendment #1094 to H4000

Friends of Herter Park, Inc

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100, in line 28, by inserting after the word "park" the following: "; and provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Friends of Herter Park, Inc. for the maintenance of the outdoor theater in Artesani park with approval from the Department of Conservation and Recreation".
