Amendment #1098 to H4000

Community Care Cooperative (C3)

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0500, in line 50, by inserting after the word "years" the following “Not less than $3,000,000 will be appropriated to Community Care Cooperative, a 501 (c)(3) MassHealth Accountable Care Organization solely governed by Federally Qualified Health Centers to support the start up  of its work to establish FQHC pharmacies that will support high quality and cost effective patient care and supporting health centers ongoing efforts in reducing health disparities”.
