Amendment #11 to H4000
Bottom Line
Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, by inserting after the words “the two programs” the following:
“and provided further, that not less than $250,000 be expended for Bottom Line to provide college transition and college retention services for low-income or aspiring first-generation college students;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,250,000."
