Merrimack River Watershed Council

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council to further their mission of improving and conserving the Merrimack River”.
