Youth Development

Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0005, by inserting after the word "fiscal year" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 be granted to Haitian Community Partners 'Youth and Police Partnership' program to provide comprehensive youth development programming.
