Amendment #1110 to H4000

Winchester Communications Upgrades

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-0600 by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Winchester police department to modernize its emergency communications equipment;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,614,795" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,714,795".
