Amendment #1117 to H4000

Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the operation of the Dimock Center’s Behavioral Health continuum of substance use care to provide comprehensive treatment for individuals suffering from substance use disorder and other behavioral health challenges;” and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$750,000”.
