Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, line 8324-0000, by adding the following the end after the word “program” the following: “; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Boston Sparks Canteen Program to serve and assist first responders during emergency situations ; and by striking out the figure “$29,392,331” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$29,417,331.”
