Further Flexibility for Individual Shelters

Representatives Ultrino of Malden, Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose, Sabadosa of Northampton, Meschino of Hull and Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0102, in line 6 by inserting after “per night rate of $25,” the following: “provided further, that the department may allocate funds to other agencies for the program;” and, further, in line 14 by striking out the following: “the full amount appropriated in this item” and inserting in place thereof the following:-“funds appropriated in this item”
