Portable accessibility ramps for on-street restaurant outdoor dining locations in the city of Newton

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, in line 7, by inserting after "agreements" the following: ";provided further that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for the city for Newton for the purchase of providing portable accessibility ramps for on-street restaurant outdoor dining locations"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,331,480" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,376,480".
