Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to insert in line-item 1595-6369 by inserting the following after the word "2021": provided that not less than $75,000 be earmarked for the design, survey, and installation of sound and visual mitigation barriers along the MBTA "Wildcat Branch" near residential properties impacted by "slippery rail" maintenance.
