Amendment #1146 to H4000

Methuen C.A.R.E.S (Community Addiction Resource Engagement Services)

Representatives Campbell of Methuen, Moran of Lawrence and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Methuen Community Addiction Resource Engagement Services (C.A.R.E.S.) for the Methuen Police Department to provide resources for addiction recovery”.
