Amendment #1150 to H4000

Office of the Worcester District Attorney

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, line item 0340-0400, by inserting the following:-   

provided further, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Worcester district attorney’s office may spend money under this item for the legal defense of prosecutors for conduct arising during the course of their employment.
