Cook Pond in the City of Fall River

Mr. Silvia of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following:"provided further, that $250,000 shall be expended to improve underutilized areas and create green space for first time recreational use badly needed around Cook Pond in the city of Fall River. ",and by striking out figures "$8,626,466" and inserting in place thereof the following figures "8,876,466"
