Amendment #1154 to H4000

Nurtury, Inc

Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 3000-1020 by inserting at the end the following:

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended on transitional costs and other one-time quality improvements at Nurtury, Inc.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$44,551,119” and inserting in place thereof the figures “44,601,119”
