Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0040, in the final line, by inserting after the word “grants” the following,: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended for the Kingston Business Association to provide grants to small businesses in Kingston.”
