Rockland Public Schools' English Language Learners Program

Mr. DeCoste of Norwell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for an English Language Learners public school program in the town of Rockland.”
