Representatives Ryan of Boston and Giannino of Revere move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0321-1600, in line 16, by inserting after “assistance project” the following: “provided further, that no less than $150,000 shall be expended to Chelsea Legal Services in the City if Chelsea, to provide pro-bono legal services to low income residents of Chelsea” and in said item striking out the figures “$35,000,000” and inserting in place “$35,150,000”.
