Mrs. Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Melrose for building refurbishments for the Milano Senior Center to support seniors during COVID-19 recovery, and ensure safe access to communal space”;
