Streetscape Upgrades

Mrs. Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Melrose for streetscape infrastructure upgrades such as sidewalk improvements, trash and recycling receptacles aligned to climate resiliency and greenhouse gas reduction goals, and tree planting efforts”;
