Representatives Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Wakefield for the funding of a freestanding, permanent restroom at Hall Park”;
