Mental Health Counselors

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-2020, in line 29, by inserting after “funds”, the following:- “provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the purpose of employing two fulltime mental health counselors with the Barnstable Police Department”, and in said item by striking out the figure “500,000” and inserting in place thereof the following “$650,000.”
