Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item  7008-0900, in line 20,  by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following:- “provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the purpose of facilitating ADA compliance for the Armory in Hyannis”, and  in said item by striking out  figure “$5,163,175” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$5,193,175”
