Amendment #159 to H4000

Town of Holden Removal of Hazardous Materials

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:-

“provided further that not less than $250,000 be expended to the Town of Holden for the removal of hazardous materials from the former electroplating manufacturing facility, located at 156 Princeton Street, and for re-purposing such site for commercial use.”
