Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 39, after the word “school districts”, the following:-, “provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the purpose of funding the Annual Youth Summit in the town of Barnstable”, and in said item by striking the figure “$10,577,017” and inserting in place thereof the figure “10,607,017.”
