Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4120-0200, in line 9, after the word “consumers” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be provided for Cape Organization for Rights of the Disabled (CORD) of Hyannis for the purpose of hiring an additional case manager”, and in said item by striking out the figure “$7,847,455” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$7,897,455.”
