Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, in line 14, by inserting after "Massachusetts" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Greenagers, Inc. teen and young adult environmental programming”.
