Safe Coalition work on substance use disorder

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0810-1205, by adding the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the SAFE Coalition Incorporated to provide support, education, treatment options, and coping mechanisms for those affected by substance use disorder in the town of Franklin."
