Amendment #183 to H4000

"Quiet Zone" Study for Franklin Commuter Rail LIne

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2 E, in item 1595-6369, by adding the following: " ;provided further, that not less than $70,000 shall be expended to fund a "Quiet Zone" study to analyze costs and alternatives relative to designating Franklin as a quiet zone on the Franklin-Forge Commuter Rail Line."
