Franklin Food Pantry

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following: "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Franklin Food Pantry building construction project in the city known as the Town of Franklin."
