Amendment #187 to H4000

Fitchburg Public Library Boiler Repair

Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7000-9501, by adding at the end the following: “; and provided further, provided that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the City of Fitchburg for repairs to the boiler at the Fitchburg Public Library.”; and further, in the same section and same line-item, by striking the number “$13,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$13,040,000.”
