Franklin Downtown Partnership

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: " ; and provided further that not less than $25,000 be expended for the Franklin Downtown Partnership to promote economic development in the City known as the Town of Franklin".
